Reiki Certification Courses

Private Reiki Level I Certification Class

Usui Reiki Ryoho - Japanese Lineage: Shoden (First Teachings) Reiki Level I is for anyone who wants to learn and experience energy healing for self-healing or to assist others on their healing journey. If you are a caregiver working as a nurse, therapist, teacher, mom, bodyworker, hospice volunteer or healer Reiki will not only help you, it will also help the ones you are caring for. Reiki is now one of the top three complementary in-patient therapies in U.S. hospitals, according to an AHA survey.  

This certification is an intimate, in-person class from 9:30am - 2:00pm on Saturday and Sunday, March 23 & 24 taught by Reiki Master, Melissa Harel, located in Oakland, CA. This class will be perfect if you are looking for a small, intimate group and interested in healing yourself and/or others. Please email me to RSVP at powertothehealing@gmail.com. PLEASE NOTE: We will be tapping into your energy field. To enhance the Reiki energy, it is best for your body to be in a natural state of balance. To get the most out of the class it is recommended to not consume alcohol and/or drugs for at least 3 days prior to the class. Get a good night’s rest, eat healthy foods and drink at least 8 glasses of water. By doing these things they will awaken you to higher states of consciousness, taking you deeper into the Reiki experience.


 *Tuition and Cancellations: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to RSVP. Remaining balances must be paid in full 1 week before class. All cancellations must be made 21 days before the scheduled class for a full refund. No shows forfeit all payment. Reiki Certification Level II

This Okuden (Inner Teachings) Reiki Level II Certification Class is offered as a full-day class, and will provide the skills, certification, and attunement necessary to practice traditional Second Degree Usui Reiki. 

This certification will be an intimate, in-person class and consist of two 4-hour day from 9:30am-2:00pm on Saturday and Sunday, May 18 & 19 taught by Reiki Master, Melissa Harel, located in Oakland, CA. Level I is a prerequisite in order to take this class. Please email me to RSVP or if you have any questions at powertothehealing@gmail.com. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to RSVP.

  • Introduction to and learning how to incorporate 3 sacred Reiki symbols into your practice

  • Powerful long distance healing technique

  • Utilize the reiki symbols to heal yourself and manifest your highest vision in life 

  • Creating and holding sacred space

  • Guidance to support you in becoming a professional Reiki practitioner (if that is your interest)

  • Perform distance Reiki

  • Enroll in Reiki Level 3 class
