Discovery Session
Before you book a session or choose a treatment, I like to have a 15-minute discovery call. Speaking to you about how you view yourself, as well as your physical and emotional health challenges, gives me insight as to how we should approach your healing. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions about my treatments and methods.
Nervous System Reset

This restorative session combines Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, and gentle therapeutic touch to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and support your body's natural ability to heal. Wellness in the Office, VIP Events, Wedding Parties and More
I offer on-site boutique wellness experiences for VIP events, corporate wellness programs, fashion and beauty events, weddings, birthdays, and private gatherings. Each guest receives a personalized 15–20 minute session combining therapeutic touch, Craniosacral Therapy, and energy healing to promote relaxation, restore balance, and support overall well-being.

Sacred Reiki Medicine
During a 1:1 Reiki session, you can expect a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. While every session is unique, common sensations and benefits include deep relaxation, warmth or tingling, emotional release, mental clarity, a sense of connection, and renewed energy. Reiki is beneficial for people of all ages and walks of life. Sessions are inclusive of all identities, religions, including LGBTQ+ and trans clients, and Reiki is also wonderful for children and elderly too.

I offer Distance Reiki treatments, tapping into the understanding that there is no distance in time or space—our energy is interconnected. These sessions help you process feelings of isolation, restore balance, and stay grounded. They’re perfect for challenging times, or whenever you want a quick, restorative boost—before a big meeting, event, or simply to care for yourself. Distance Reiki is available for everyone, including people of all ages and even pets.

My approach is safe, soothing, and tailored to each individual’s needs—creating a welcoming space where everyone can feel renewed, balanced, and cared for.

Reiki Mentorship
Reiki Mentorship is ideal if you've completed Reiki training Level I, Level II or Master's but still want to build more confidence as a practitioner. Whether it's preparing to start a business, becoming more confident in your practice, or getting comfortable with Reiki.
