Before you book a session or choose a treatment, I like to have a 15-minute discovery call. Speaking to you about how you view yourself, as well as your physical and emotional health challenges, gives me insight as to how we should approach your healing. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions about my treatments and methods.

I also offer long distance Reiki treatments. I use intentional focus and active listening to help you make sense of feelings of isolation and uncertainty. Excellent support for staying healthy and grounded during these uncertain times, or when you simply want to squeeze a quick treatment into your busy schedule. Distance Reiki is available for everyone, for people of all ages and pets too.

Feeling and looking well begins with self-care. Massage allows you a quiet time to focus on yourself and become more connected to your body. Reiki Infused Massage involves a combination of gentle pressure on muscles and joints to improve circulation as well as some deep tissue work which involves the therapist using her forearms, elbows or thumbs to apply pressure while also focusing on sending Reiki healing to the individual. Deep tissue work along with Swedish massage techniques help to loosen muscles in a specific area.

In this one-hour session, I lead you through relaxation for the mind, body, and spirit. You rise from it with a sense of unified harmony. This is a great starting point for those suffering from pain and stress. Those recovering from surgery, undergoing therapy for cancer, hormone imbalance, or aiming for enhanced mental and emotional support find it extremely enlightening.

Learn to channel gentle yet powerful Reiki healing energy. Receive your Reiki Level I, II, and/or Masters privately or in a small group setting. Individual & small group classes start at $525/class. Group of 2-3 people is $400 per person.

I offer onsite private Reiki treatments for Corporate Events, Weddings, Ceremonies, Workshops, Birthdays and more. I specialize in working individually with each client (up to 10 people) from 15-20 mins depending on the size of the group. Reiki is a form of healing energy that is transferred from a certified practitioner, to bring balance to the chakras and align a person holistically - mind, body and soul. It's safe and promotes relaxation, clears toxins, and enhances positive feelings. Reiki offers a very peaceful and relaxing experience that can help bring clarity and focus.
